Submitting your artwork/Content to us:
We Accept files 300 DPI or Higher! .PDF (recommended) .JPEG, .TIFF, INDESIGN CS (ONLY), .PSD, .AI or . PNG
Important: if we create a master disc for you, there is charge of $50.00 and we are not responsible, if content is not correct. We urge you to mail your master to us.
You have 3 different options in getting your artwork and master to us.
Depending on where you’re located you can also send your master files and Artwork on Disc to one of the following locations:

Please don’t submit files or request templates for artwork if you have not submitted an order with CD Mastercopy.
Once you have paid for you order, you can obtain templates by going to our website and clicking on template and creating a username and password to access the template that you need. or click here to be taken to our template page. YOu will need to create a username and Password to obtain access.
If the template you need Is not available on our website you can simply send an email to support@cdmastercopy.com and someone will send your template request over to you. Please NOTE, you MUST have an order in our system in order receive templates FROM US! To send us your artwork:
1. You can simply email us at support@cdmastercopy.com and in subject line enter the First and Last name that is on the order or your order #
2. You can also login to your account http://wwww.cdmastercopy.com
a. Click on “All order”
b. Select your current order “Duplication Order”
c. Click on add artwork and upload (We only accept .pdf or .jpeg on our server) artwork must be 300 DPI or higher. ***Content for artwork must not be uploaded here!
3. Or upload your artwork/Content to our sever;
a. Ftp.cdmastercopy.com Username/Password is “YOU WILL GET THIS WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER”
To get access to our server open your browser IE or Firefox or if you have FTP software you can use that as well.
